Job Description:

Administrative support for the production site in UAE, including data maintenance, word processing, etc.

Planning and coordination of internal events at the location

General reception activities (correspondence with customers, mail processing, telephone service, receiving guests)

Responsibility for the inventory of office supplies, including ordering

Communication interface between internal and external contact persons

Job Requirements:

Several years of experience in the office area and / or in the administrative area

Very good MS Office user skills

High degree of service orientation as well as flexibility and independent, precise way of working
