Job Description

  • Ensure the reception of insured persons calling the switchboard;
  • Inform, guide and advise our policyholders in order to provide excellent and customer-focused service;
  • Process requests and questions received by email;
  • Contribute to the development of the service through operational and organizational improvement actions;
  • Assist in the development and proper application of rules and procedures.

Your Profile

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent by experience;
  • Excellent oral and writing skills required in ENGLISH
  • Fluency in English will be considered an asset;
