Job Description:

Anticipates the needs of senior management and manages his/her agendas.

Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements including expense reports and visa/passport requirements.

Collects, compiles, verifies and analyzes information for use by management in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations and news items.

Facilitates smooth communication between senior management and employees and between senior management and external parties such as media, customers, suppliers and the public.

Maintains the security and confidentiality of management records.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with extensive work experience obtained in a similar position.

Must Have Bachelors Degree
