Job Description:

You will welcome the customer at the checkout, taking an interest in the shopping experience they have experienced in the store, you will manage the queue, critical issues and any anomalies

You will guarantee the quantitative and qualitative control of the outgoing products

Through your smartphone and multi-channel tools (Whatsapp, Facebook) you will create and feed relationship networks with customers

You will collaborate with the sales team to improve the customer shopping experience by sharing and tracing information, in order to contribute to the success of the group and make the store a recognized reference point in the neighborhood

Job Profile:

You have a high school diploma or similar

You have gained experience, even short, of cash and / or relationship with the customer

You have a passion and interest in developing new skills in the retail sector

You are familiar with digital and like the idea of ‚Äč‚Äčintegrating it into your daily work

You recognize communication skills, customer attention and problem solving skills
