Job Description

Together with your colleagues, you support the smooth processing of our numerous customer orders

They act as an interface between customers, our customer management and the delivery departments of the METRO stores

You contact our customers by phone and maintain customer relationships

You process complaints and complaints from our customers according to internal guidelines

You are constantly adding new information to our customer database

You have relevant professional experience in the food trade, gastronomy, call center and / or order processing
