You will be involved in particular in:
- Periodic survey of personnel needs, in quantitative and qualitative terms;
- Activation of recruiting, screening and selection of candidacies channels;
- Personnel management initiated; ;
- Preparation and reporting analysis;
- Monitoring of results and management of corrective actions.
You have a degree, preferably in Hr, humanities-economics, you have a keen interest in the world of human resources and business organization and a strong desire to test yourself.
