Job Functions

  • Welcoming customers and guests in our business center
  • Support in proactive customer loyalty, satisfaction and the resulting success within our business center
  • Administrative and operational support for our customers with their inquiries
  • General reception activities, such as processing incoming and outgoing mail, looking after the switchboard, as well as procuring office supplies
  • Organization / coordination of events and community events

Required Profile

  • Diplomatic, tactful and relaxed when dealing with customer problems and escalations
  • Open to challenges and changes (can-do mentality)
  • Very good written and spoken English
