Job Functions

Create customer check-ins to facilitate integration and support for technical issues

Coordinate with Customer Support and other team members to ensure customers are engaged quickly and effectively

Provide training and support to integrate, educate and optimize customers on the platform.
Guide stakeholders through an efficient and effective onboarding process for new customers,

provide regular and accurate communications to external (customers) and internal (colleagues)

Support customer needs internally by providing comprehensive answers

Maintain a focus on service development to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Job Profile

1-2 years of experience in onboarding, sales or support functions preferably within companies in the sector fintech.
Good interpersonal and communication skills , to build effective and quality relationships
