Support in salary processing, disciplinary processes, and internal procedures within the scope of HR;
Support the implementation and development of specific policies in accordance with the HR strategy;
Supervise and verify compliance with HR Policies;
Consolidation of Monthly Reports in the area;
Interlocutor with company partners within the scope of HR, as well as clarifications to employees.
Minimum 8 years professional experience in similar functions (preferably in large companies;
Experience in HR Analytics;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP (fundamental);
