At least five years of experience within the broad cultural field (eg as a project manager, researcher, consultant).
Demonstrable knowledge about and insight into culture (arts, cultural heritage, socio-cultural work, creative sectors…), and Insight into trends and developments, dynamics and challenges that play a role within these domains.
