Job Details

  • Respond to inquiries and / or complaints from students in person, by mail and by phone.
  • It monitors the cases that require it, being responsible for providing the final answer to the student.

  • Records all transactions and referrals made in the corresponding tools
  • Communicate to students resolutions of cases that have required their follow-up.
