Job Description

Receive people who come to the company and provide the requested information;

Answer phone calls and forward them to the respective recipients;

Receive and distribute mail;

Classify and archive documents;

Buying and booking trips;

Manage the bureau.


Higher education in secretarial or equivalent training;

Minimum 1 year previous experience in similar functions;

Excel domain;

Organization and method of work;

Excellent communication skills, autonomy and proactivity;

Knowledge of English (intermediate level of expression and comprehension).
