Job Description:

Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, increasing motivation, productivity and employee retention;

Alignment and profile description of the vacancy with the position manager to document the requirements and objectives of the tasks;

Publicize and open vacancies on recruitment and selection platforms, databases, social media, among others;

Analysis and prioritization of vacancies in the active search for candidates (sourcing and hunting);

Take an assertive approach and attract candidates for the interview;

Act as a point of contact and build relationships with influential candidates during the selection process;

Job Requirements:

Experience with Recruitment and Selection of professionals in the Information Technology area

Complete degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, among others.

Optimize the hiring process and increase quality;

Conduct the closing of the admission process;

Assist in the onboarding and ambiance process;

Propose improvements;

Provide an exceptional experience to candidates;
