IT Technician assigned to the attention and resolution of the case on site, laboratory, remote support, our offices, and client offices.
Functions of the position:
Comprehensive service / support attention for cases Bench, Onsite, in office, remote hands, outsourcing, and remote support.
Participate in the care of facilities, special projects or diagnoses.
Manage and review manuals, diagnostic software, and troubleshooting tools.
Depending on the type of Service, this may imply the change of parts and Pieces for the resolution of faults.
Give resolution to the cases assigned under the policies of each account, reporting results online.
Collect and provide evidence for the scale and / or elevation of the unsolved cases.
Ensure the quality of customer service and attention, report any situation or opportunity to the technical leader.
Remove, handle and return parts / spare parts to the warehouse.
Review and diagnostics in the workshop, of computer equipment, printers or networks, depending on the business unit to which it has been assigned.
Comply with their training, and certifications of the different accounts.
