Provide IT support and technical assistance to company users;
Responsible for providing adequate support to POS systems, printer, office, payment and remuneration systems, network, among others;
Fix software problems, account locks or program installation;
Ensure the connectivity of the internal and external network equipment, for proper operation;
Enable, verify and document network points within the facilities; in addition to configuring email accounts and IP network;
Carry out diagnosis and deliver solutions to the different system and infrastructure problems.
