Job Description:

Develop the wholesale channel sales plan in accordance with the strategic plan;

Visit customers and potential markets together with the sales team identifying development opportunities;

Collaborate with other internal areas to facilitate the achievement of customer expectations and needs;

Monitor key account metrics, ensuring quality management and anticipating demands;

Identifying industry trends and monitoring competitors;

Investment management (ROI/P&L);

Job Requirements:

Management by influence of sellers in other states that serve regions of national accounts;

Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets;

Management of the main business KPIs (sales, mix, profitability and market share).

Experience in consumer goods;

Experience in the wholesale channel (national accounts) will be considered a differential;

Knowledge of the Office package (focus on excel and power point);

Intermediate level English – desirable;

Communication skills and influence with different decision makers;
