Job Responsibilities

– Follow up on supplier and service provider contracts

– Develop the procurement program

– Analyze the purchasing and service needs emanating from the different structures

– Control the movement of entries and exits of different goods

– Establish and follow the delivery schedules of goods

– Establish the current report (purchases and consumption of materials)

– Analyze the differences between physical and accounting stocks

Minimum Requirements

– University diploma.

– 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.

– Have a proven knowledge of procurement techniques and regulations

– Mastery of the IT tool (Mastery of an ERP is desirable)
