Job Description:

  • Evaluation of Companies and / or Assets
  • Preparation of business plans (financial models), benchmarking analysis and evaluation documents
  • Participation with support of senior team members, in meetings with customers and counterparties
  • Deal structure modeling (e.g. acquisition structure, merger models, LBO models, etc.)
  • Preparation of documentation relating to the transaction (due diligence materials, information memoranda, management presentations, committee memos, etc.)
  • Preparation of teasers / pitch books and / or other marketing documents to propose new operations

Job Profile:

2 years of experience in the M&A team of leading banks, including business banks, financial boutiques or big fours

  • Degree in economics and finance, or alternatively in management engineering with a major in corporate finance, with excellent grade
  • Solid knowledge in Corporate Finance and Accounting
