You have a good knowledge of test methodologies, practices and techniques and you have experience with their implementation
You have a broad basic knowledge of IT and software development processes, including analysis, development and architecture
You are and remain informed of trends and recent developments with regard to quality and testing
You are someone who likes to convince: this includes involving and convincing colleagues to implement and use the proposed test strategies and approach. You convince based on content, without hierarchical management.
