Requesting external, large-scale tasting sessions, following up on these tastings, processing and analyzing the results in order to determine the standard for the product specifications (in relation to the market) and to permanently optimize the quality of the private labels.
Evaluating and recording product specifications and specifications (nutritional, ingredient, sensory, sustainability and performance aspects and product safety) as well as guiding suppliers in completing the product specifications in order to timely meet the Delhaize quality criteria for all existing and new private labels to be developed .
