Provide Level 1 support to user requests including analysis, monitoring and solution of the same; identify when the problem needs to be escalated and do it with the correct information.
Carry out various periodic monitoring, preventive and palliative maintenance routines to ensure the functioning and stability of the hospital systems.

- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar positions.
- Experience providing telephone, remote and face-to-face technical support.
- Experience in assigning and recording incidents.
- Experience in resolving incidents / ticket systems.
