Job Instructions:

  • To meet the guests coming to the office, to register them
  • Refer visitors to relevant individuals or departments
  • Check incoming calls, answer them, redirect to the necessary people
  • Keep the reception area nice, practical and tidy (with the necessary stationery such as pens, brochures, etc.)
  • Organize documentation, photocopying, scanning and faxing
  • Deliver some general information face to face or by phone / email
