›Ensure the daily management of the CAS, in coordination with your executives (customer management, personnel management, financial management, logistics, etc.)

› Promote and monitor the quality of services to customers and ensure their satisfaction by applying the concept

›Ensure the supervision and development of executives and employees

› Guarantee the implementation of strategy, procedures and standards, continuous improvement of processes as well as risk management

›Develop local presence and ensure collaboration with external partners

Your Profile

›You have a diploma in the field of health professions. Certified management training will be considered an asset

›You have a sense of organization and you know how to make decisions

› You have good leadership and team management skills
