You do this by pursuing various targets and building relationships with various partners and candidates. You do this both by telephone and on-site at the customers.
- You are going to negotiate the contracts
- You take care of salary negotiations with candidates & clients
- You are responsible for making the right match
- You analyze market trends on a regular basis and develop a commercial business strategy based on this.
- You follow a thorough in-house training to belong to the group of best consultants on the market.
- You have at least 1.5 years of experience in the field of recruitment & selection
- Preferably you have experience in the field of IT Recruitment
