Performance of administrative tasks and execution of operational tasks that may include data entry,
removal activities and cargo movement from warehouse, classification activities, monitoring,
direct dispatch with couriers and local customer service (counter).
Responsible for completing the processes and procedures defined until the deadline, ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identify anomalies as they arise and use their judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex problems, you can escalate to core team members.
