Job Information:

fulfillment of operational duties, such as organizing and managing employees, monitoring the results of their work;

creation and improvement of a system for evaluation of employees and plans for improving their qualities and abilities;

providing a pleasant working atmosphere;

management of all activities in the store – maintaining order and cleanliness, administrative obligations, monitoring stocks, conducting inventory, changing prices, etc;

Job Requirements:

  • very good sense of trade in branded goods;
  • minimum 1-3 years of experience in the field of retail sales and experience in receiving and inventory of goods will be considered an advantage, but not mandatory;
  • computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel) and work with specialized warehousing software;
  • teamwork skills and results orientation;
  • organization and skills for prioritizing various tasks in a dynamic environment;
  • leadership qualities;
